I would like to see "normal" doctor and nurse cosmetics. Before they became the killers they are. So Sally wouldn't have a pillow case on her head. Doctor would just be a normal guy with maybe a few electrodes on him nothing serious.

this is a great idea but in the skin the devs would change their sounds because the nurse without the pillow case wouldn't sound like she was out of air0

The sounds are already different after legion was released so they might not need to do it.
