Why should nurse(mobile) be the only killer with a power difference than the pc/console version

So I'm just wondering, why should nurse be exempt from not being changed between the ports of the games. In the mobile version, nurse has the ability to make 2 full charge blinks, no fatigue occurs if the nurse starts to hold the chain blink, no matter how much time passes. If every other killer is the same as on pc/console to the mobile port, why should nurse be the outlier?

Because playing nurse on mobile sounds like madness.

Yea ig so,but at the same time, there's a problem with emulator players. This goes both ways, it's good and bad. Good for mobile, bad for when emulator players abuse it.
