Lightweight is a bit useless and is overshadowed by many other perks like Lucky Break and Dance With Me.

First build: I would probably pick something like BT instead of Alert, but its a great build.
Second build: Lightweight in its current state is not that great and has no synergy with your build. Instead of it, i would use Dance with me (good pair with Lithe). SC is meh, but otherwise if you are confident with it, go for it. I would prefere Adrenaline or Inner Strenght.

If only lightweight increased movement speed...

Both builds are okay. What is your goal in matches? Are you just focused on objective? Do you want to get into chases? Do you like totem hunting? Are you just looking to escape? Are you trying to be altruisitc?
I like running Q&Q with Lithe as they go great together. I do enjoy engaging in chases and being a team player. My builds change but is generally the following;
Quick & Quiet
Lithe
Borrowed Time
We'll Make it

Fixate already does the job (walking speed). No perk should increase running speed permanently.
What if Light weight delay your scratch mark though? Like 0.5/1/1.5 sec? Could be more useful in juking

The first build seems predictable as half are teachable perks on Feng while you're playing as Feng. I would recommend branching out to be more of a wild card. Lithe on Feng especially would lead me to think you're using her other starting perks.

You know that's really smart if lightweight hid tracks before revealing them... You're hired.

Imaging those corner in Lery, where you run to a door, but then walk back hide behing short wall. Killer sees scratch mark lead to the door.
1.5 for me is still alot though, its 6m distance.

Alert and light weight are the most useless in the picks but the others can do good

i'll try this one out, thank you, i used to play the game when there were red perks so i'm very very leaned towards perks who were broken at that time, i'm back playing and still learning thank you all

Spine Chill gives enough information to where Alert is probably overkill. Take off Self-care and Lightweight because they're bad.

I was gonna say that: Alert + Spine Chill sound a bit too much.
I'd replace Alert with Resilience. Spine Chill + Resilience is a strong combo when you're chased. (And even outside of chases.)

then it would be the most meta perk
