Survivors shouldn't be able to use map offerings.

This is a hot take but hear me out...

I feel like only killers should be able to use map offerings...not survivors. Most survivor builds don't need a certain map to work, whereas killers using maps allows build enabling perks and add ons (Jumpscare Myers).

I think killers should be able to use map offerings, survivors should have the green hand that stops a map offering being used.

Most (not all) solo survivors won't bring map offerings, it's normally a swf team, so I think it would add a little (though not much) bit of a balance to killers and solo play.

    They should just make map offerings pink rarity or just delete them from the game entirely

    In my dream version of DBD the lobby would count down till lock in where all you can pick is items, then it would show you all the map, if it's killer sided the survivors need less points to pip/safety pip and vise versa, you then get a timer to change killer/survivor and adjust perks accordingly, maybe you could all ban a map each, leaving the lobby during that time would give you the same dc penalty.

    Map offerings are okay, but what should change is that they should get a slot of their own, not the general one. And it should be visible in the offering screen which map offering (if multiple different ones) gets picked.

    Not to mention, op, have you ever gotten upset about someone dcing because you brought a map? if yes: why the hell did you make this thread.

    Cause, if I see the killer bring lery's i'm not blaming anyone for dcing, because it's SO a scratched mirror myers...

    I do feel only Killer can use map related offering: hatch, basement, hook...

    Hot Take: nobody should be able to use map offerings and they should be deleted.

    Get rid of some of the clog in the bloodweb.

    I'd like to see them go altogether, and maybe give each Killer the option to go to their specific Realm if they have that.

    Unless the map is Haddonfield, most map offerings that get brought the survivor who brought it can't even loop it that well & if they can I welcome any challenge they can offer.
