For all you Pig Mains out there...
What's your go to build on Pig? Pig is my top 3 most played killer along with Huntress and Freddy. I wanted to know what perks yawl personally bring with you in a match. I have every killer perk unlocked now and plan on unlocked all of them on Pig now.

Sloppy, STBL, Monitor, BBQ.

STBFL BBQ Pop Corrupt

Enduring + Brutal I like on her too but those builds above a run more frequent.

my go-to is Whispers, Endearing, Ruin, then last one is depending on my mood. I'm All Ears, Devour Hope, or Franklins.
Lately, ive been going with a Side Quest build. Devour, Ruin, Thrill, and undying. Run with tampered and the purple addon that addons an additional box.
Both pretty decent.

I have not run the Hex build on her yet. I have bad experiences with hexes as when I run them I will get the worst map for them (ormond, macmillan, etc) then when I don't I get midwich, hawkins, swamp and wish I had them. Swamp has some bad spots but some good ones too. I think I will try it.

Interesting choices. I can see STBFL would be good. As it fits most M1 killers. And I just learned that STBFL actually goes well with the Pig because she can use her ambush attack to hit the obsession and not lose stacks. Corrupt seems like a solid choice to give pig time to set up and scout the map. Now BBQ Pop, and Monitor Sloppy, Enduring and brutal? BBQ seems great to help keep an eye on boxes to keep survivors off. But the last 4 seem interesting.
Those are some interesting choices as well. What's a side quest build?
I personally love STBFL so I think I'll try that on her. Probably throw corrupt on their as well. Really changes up what survivors have to do. I think anything that helps know where survivors are going is a must because keeping survivors off of boxes is almost more important than keeping survivors off of gens. Cause if you have 1-2 survivors with an active trap and if you can keep them off boxes that's great suppression I wonder if speed boost perks would be good on Pig?

Not a main anymore, but Corrupt, BBQ, STBFL and Brutal.

Why is Brutal good on pig? jw.

It's a combat build. It's meant to be chase perks that compliment her dash used primarily as an anti-loop. I didn't crouch much otherwise. If they start pre-dropping, Brutal mitigates the issue.
If you want to emphasize stealth, then take Monitor with Whispers and crouch when the perk lights up.

Whispers, Monitor&Abuse, Enduring and last is either BBQ or Brutal Strength.

its pretty fun with all of these. with undying, it makes the build more bearable.
So the side quest build revolves around stalling and overwhelming the survivors with side objectives. get rid of party hat to not die, remove undying so you can deal with ruin to work on gens and devour to not die. all while taking about 20 seconds to remove a hex due to thrill in which when i interupt the cleansing, will restart the progress. removing hats takes more time to search, especially when i scare you off of it along with a shortened time with an additional box, someone is bound to get unlucky all the while, devour is building which can lead to me just killing survivors. If survivors dont deal with all of this, they arent going to last in which will make a longer game to play which means
MORE FUN!!!!
Welcome to the Game.

One of my favorite build on Pig:
STBFL, PGTW, Devour Hope, Blood favour (no one expects à pallet bloc)
Or also STBFL, Devour Hope, Undying and Ruin/PGTW
Sometimes i also do some même builds like "No TR pig" or "All seeing pig" or even "Pig hates gens" :D

Pig's not exactly my main anymore, but I run Surveillance, Monitor, Sloppy, Nurses on her.

If you like Pig, I would recommend watching CM.Winter on twitch. Dude pretty much only plays Pig and is probably the best pig player out there.

Honestly there are only so many perks that you can use on her. Information perks like BBQ, ect mainly fail because she is not a stealth killer and has the slowest movement speed in the game while crouched. She is also M1 with no mobility, so basically you need to run perks that effect chase or slow gen times down.

Playing at Red Ranks, I'm usually running Ruin/Undying along with Surveillance. The 4th perk is usually BBQ, more for BP bonuses than the aura reading, but STBFL or Sloppy -- or maybe Enduring/Brutal (since you'll be chewing through pallets) -- are all solid 4th perks as well.
Pig needs slowdown -- her stealth is the worst of that category by far, and using it too much can cost you too much time you can't afford to lose -- so I go with Ruin and try to push people off of gens. I usually run Combat Straps and the Video Tape -- her best add-ons, IMO. Getting a quick down and a trap on someone's head before the first gen pops is ideal. The plan with the build is to allow Ruin to slow gens down, the traps should be providing more slowdown, whether they are active or not, and Surveillance allows you to know where people are headed back onto gens so you can apply pressure there.
The build's weakness is when the totems are both gone in less than a minute -- shockingly too often, unfortunately (but Ruin is THE best slowdown perk to play) -- but the traps can sometimes be enough stall on their own. If you get anything resembling decent totem spawns, or can get multiple traps on early, forcing survivors into a position where they can't look for totems because their RBT is ticking away, then gen progress can come to a complete halt in the middle of the match (usually after the 1st gen or two has popped).
It's not foolproof by any means, but I've made it to Rank 1 multiple times and held my own with the build. There's more than one way to play her, but I'm most comfortable with that strategy, drawing the game out and leaving survivors with impossible choices to make (can't do gens r go for a rescue because of an active trap, can't do gens because Ruin keeps regressing them and they're being chased off, can't do totems because people are getting downed or people are trapped, etc.).

While crouched she moves at 3.6 m/s, ghostface while crouched moves 3.6 m/s. Ghosty just does the crouch animation a tad quicker. Not really a big deal.
Spending a bunch of time keeping people off boxes is not optimal. If you see one on BBQ, or just happen to pass one slug them and keep going. You know why STBL is good one her but to inform you a bit Monitor shrinks your TR by 8 meters out of chase allowing for you to get closer to the survivors before they notice which helps her in her weakest area (chases). Thats why I also mentioned Brutal/enduring which is solid for any killer that can't break pallets with their power.

Yup, which is exactly why he as well is rarely used for his crouch unless its to juke stares. The reason why I point this out is because I see alot of people using her crouch when they shouldn't be, wasting too much time.
Its light anti-loop, rarely anything more, and rarely that at all.

Correct, which is why I never claimed it was.
If you see one on BBQ, or just happen to pass one slug them and keep going.
You don't really want to use information perks as said before, she doesn't have the mobility, nor the down potential to waste time traveling to survs.
You know why STBL is good one her but to inform you a bit Monitor shrinks your TR by 8 meters out of chase allowing for you to get closer to the survivors before they notice which helps her in her weakest area (chases).
Why do you keep saying things I haven't said? I never said Save The Best for Last is good on her, and I disagree actually. She doesn't have enough pressure for it, so if you are playing vs good survs you won't get nearly as much out of it then you would for a simple combo like Ruin/Undying.
Monitor is actually fine on her, it can help with chase.
Thats why I also mentioned Brutal/enduring which is solid for any killer that can't break pallets with their power.
Which I would agree with?
You do realize you haven't actually argued anything I have said, but point out random things and assert my position on two things I didn't bring up right?

The entire message was not for you. Thats why you were tagged about crouch speed and @TwitchyMike was tagged for the rest. Not sure how that was not noticed but just for clarification.

Oh ok thank god, geesh. I was so confused.

Also just because you can't utilize a aura perk with her does not mean others can't. Just because you might play a high-level team and not get STBL value does not mean myself and other can't. Not to mention you say ruin/undying is better.....That goes in 30 seconds against good teams on most maps not all. I use her dash to end the loop if I crouch and leave great if not they go down it's up to the survivor and the PIG user. Not all experiences are the same.

Nice fallacy, no. If we are to assume everyone in the trail is great, gens are going to fly while you try to down one surv. She is a M1 killer, you have no disruption, no counterplay. The survs play the killers, and control the game, not the other way around.
Not to mention you say ruin/undying is better.....That goes in 30 seconds against good teams on most maps not all.
If this team in question is that good to where they are consistently getting totems, they certainly are good enough to loop you the game with a basic M1 killer. If they aren't, then assuming ruin did get done that quick, it must of been luck.
I use her dash to end the loop if I crouch and leave great if not they go down it's up to the survivor and the PIG user. Not all experiences are the same.
Then when you said this I laughed, because at this point I am pretty sure you don't understand what I am saying at all, and don't understand this game's power dynamic at all nor why I am saying the things I am saying.
Firstly, only certain loops you can use pigs alt attack to hit. If you are doing this blindly then you instantly are doing something incorrectly. You only do it when you are guaranteed a hit, or when the likelihood of you getting a hit is near certain. To do anything else, such as blindly doing this in hopes a surv might just do X as a reaction is not good. It means the way you play is inconsistent, which for some actions isn't that bad if they can end the game outright or there is no threat. However, to do this vs a "high level" team is willingly forfeiting the game.
I stress that pig has LIGHT antiloop potential. There are reasons for this you know.

BBQ, POP, Bamboozle and whatever else I feel like at the time

The build that's really been working for me at red ranks is the I-Hate-Generators build, since it counters the genrushing that occurs when you play such a tactical killer.
Surveillance, Pop Goes the Weasel, and Oppression for maximum gen control and survivor location, Save the Best for Last for getting quicker downs.
For addons I use Tampered Timer and Crate of Gears, both are purple addons. Some people say its a toxic combo for increasing lethality, but as you get into higher ranks, you'll find it only serves to add more pressure. They usually get it off before dying... though its been known to get one or two head pops on occasion.
Though you don't necessarily need a specific offering, I like to use my oak offerings, just to keep the game going faster.
Hope this helps.

. Devour, Ruin, Thrill, and undying. hmmm I will have to try this. Sounds kind of fun actually.

My go to is: Hex: Ruin, Surveillance, Nurses, and BBQ.
Surveillance is great at the beginning of the match because people look for Ruin and so the gens regress and light up white.. then yellow when they go back to repairing - So at beginning of match especially that helps me get a few hooks :)

dont forget the addons!

Pop, Corrupt, BBQ and STBFL
When I decide not to run BBQ I put Tinkerer in its place it's perfect for deciding whether or not to go to a gen with pop or place a trap so it activates.
Honorable mentions include Sloppy and Hex Roulette shenanigans (I do Ruin, Undying Haunted).
