Massive texture downgrade on Xbox ?

Was this mentioned in the patch notes ? I guess this was their attempt at alleviating console lag ? Generator textures don’t seem to load in at all they just look smooth especially the pistons, cars take about 10 seconds ? Game looks pretty terrible for me at the moment.
Even character models look awful now ?

wow..thats bad. i was on xbox one just a few weeks ago and the graphics were basically the same as next gen, just 100x more pixelated and pointy. thats just awful...
