IF BEHAVIOUR LEFT IT UP TO YOU, WHAT NEW MAP WOULD YOU MAKE?
Anyone have any new map ideas that they wish to God Behaviour would make? I certainly do.
(I know there are problems with existing maps, but that gets talked about ad nauseam. I want to hear fun and new ideas. Stuff worth getting excited about).

an outer space one. Space is terrifying, and the last place you want to be stuck with a homicidal loon.

I just want a map for Trickster ๐
Just imagine,a part of a city at night with graffitis and neon lights etc.
24 -
Do you mean on a planet, or like a spaceship like in Alien?
1 -
Yes! I wanted that, too (especially with how the lobby was when he came out).
1 -
A sewer map would be cool.
8 -
A map where you can walk on the ceiling.
0 -
And gross haha
But if they ever do Pennywise, maybe that would be the map. Never thought of that before.
6 -
spaceship/space station, kinda like Alien I suppose, yeah. I think it would have potential to be really atmospheric.
It doesn't have to be a claustrophobic indoor map, there could be a biodome or something.
5 -
Water one so I could have Jaws chapter.
Train one so I could have Terror Train chapter.
2 -
Like the movie Labyrinth? If Behaviour could pull off that coding, that'd be cool. Wonder what kind of Killer would go with that map.

Deserted mall or an amusement park. Stuff that's creepy when it's empty mainly
9 -
One of my favorite streamers, Puppers, also had a similar idea. I remember the chat was trying to figure out what the exit gates would be like. Would you be running to get into a pod to fly away? We couldn't figure it out. But a lot of people were excited about that idea. Good idea ๐
1 -
Ooooh a deserted amusement park is such a good idea!
3 -
Something with lava which, in time, will block off desirable paths by lava after x minutes.
2 -
Hmmm, what do you see those looking like, especially the water one? I remember there was a super cheesy (but fun) movie from the 90s called Creature, where a half shark/half human was the monster. I wonder if Behaviour would ever do something like that. That would actually be a lot of fun.

So would we be in a volcano (with chambers) or do you mean we're above ground but an active volcano spews nearby and periodically cuts off certain loops/locations?
0 -
Casino but built similar to outdoor maps ( so few hallways)
1 -
I could see looping around slot machines and falling down open elevator shafts (if it's 2 stories). That could be cool.
0 -
Both but seperated maps would be cool for indoors and outdoors.
1 -
You know if they tried, every PC and console would burst into flames the moment players load into the map.

In Jaws 2 bunch of them are out together on boats. Have gens on boats and survivors get from one boat to another by walking over the masts and pieces of half sunk sailboats. If Jaws he moves in water and can hop over the survivor pathways to down/injure. He kicks them with tail onto hooks. ๐

I had so much fun in dead dawg when it was released I would like more back in time themes. Like a suburban neighborhood in the 30/40/50s, Brooklyn in the 70/80s, a warzone tench or real time areas that at one point we're devoid of hope.
Or just expand on what they have. one realm of Glendale? Seems like a missed opportunity.
1 -
lmao that's one of the funniest things I've read on this forum ๐ so sad, but so true
2 -
If it were Jaws The Revenge, his stun sound affect would be roaring like a lion because . . . sharks do that.
1 -
What about this?
One of those fake towns that was built in the desert in the 1950s for nuclear testing? And the Killer could be a mutant hill jack, like from The Hills Have Eyes?
1 -
I've always wanted a map that had 2 large buildings with a high walkway connecting them (so I can be immersed and sneak past the killer while they're on the ground)
1 -
That would be really fun, except against Nurse lol then you're trapped
1 -
I know people tend to hate indoor maps, but I would love a mall map. It's a classic horror location to me. Dead Rising and Dawn of the Dead are good examples.
1 -
A castle, a victorian mansion or a city street.
1 -
I think Behaviour could've done the mall from Stranger Things. That would've been cool, too. But you're right. I could see them doing a room with creepy mannequins. Maybe like the statues in Yamaoka, they could move and look at you.
2 -
I really like the idea of a castle or Victorian mansion. Indoor maps aren't usually that great, but those sound cool. Someone else mentioned a city map for Trickster, and that sounded really cool, too.
1 -
Abandoned Arctic Base Indoor & Outdoor (like in the Thing)
2 -
I would probably make a boardwalk/carnival map
2 -
Ooooooh that would be really cool.

I would make a map based on Rapture from Bioshock. A gorgeous yet creepy map. I have always wanted a deep sea map, and I think that a underwater city would be perfect.
1 -
I had to Google what that was and it looked cool. I wonder what the looping would look like on something like that.
0 -
I wouldn't. I'd fix the current ones.
0 -
Beat me to it. Trickster's main menu looked amazing and I'd love to get a map similar to it.
4 -
Sameeee
I loved that lobby. I'd want it to be Seoul-inspired, maybe like Gangnam
2 -
an underwater research base. the deep sea is the most terrifying thing to me, who knows what is down there. plus this could be an opportunity for more unique exit gates, lets say we had a map thats like docks, where instead of opening a gate ur raising an anchor of a small boat.
1 -
I want BHVR to make a derelict manor.
...Or just let PC players make custom maps.
If mod tools are released I will take time to make a detailed map for this game - I've got plenty of experience to do so. I will craft every set piece and loop by hand to perfection taking into account all killers and survivors abilities.
3 -
A better, outdoor silent hill map.
5 -
A 2-story mall, with a retro arcade with neon lights.
1 -
Castle, Haunted House, Mirror Maze, and
as well as other haunted locations.
0 -
A classical dungeon could be something. They could start expanding on the already existing basement section of the temple.
2 -
A dungeon would be really cool. Some people suggested a castle, and a dungeon could even be worked into that to kill two birds with one stone.
0 -
Those are all cool (I especially love the first two), but I suspect the mirror maze would be very hard to code and confuse players (especially Killer). But some people mentioned a carnival, so a room of a mirror maze (done carefully) could be really cool to add.

Someone mentioned an old Victorian manor. I do like the idea of something like that. Were you thinking something like Hill House?
1 -
I still really want the Wal-Mart/general store from the Ghostface Trailer.
1 -
Everything Silent Hill is an yes in my book.
