LOST 20 levels and 600k BP JUST NOW?!

Hey,
Huge bug here with this patch! Just lost 600k bp and 20 levels on my jeff johenson just now! Game was taking my group and I into a lobby and then said I was not connected to the network and sent me to the main menu. then it kicked me out of the my own swf group again saying I was disconnected from the host? I don't know where my stuff went but i'd like it back.

this happens every dlc update, happened to me with spirit and adam with the shattered bloodline update, submitted a ticket but they never believed me I guess
