You have your MMR for the killer role in general, I don't think it distinguishes different killers.

It actually does differ from every killer

I don't think it does. Because when I played killers that I'm more better with I definitely got put vs stronger squads. Yet when I played with killers who I rarely touched, not good with I got placed with what I'm assuming are rank 20 survivors.

It does, how ever if you have a high MMR with one killer, all your other killers will be affected and will have a higher MMR as well, not as high, but still higher

but they say this new test SBM is to make player willingly to play with new Killer , and the SBM point will accumulated from individual of killer so their statement is contradictive

This is complete BS, good sir. I have never played Blight in my life, just tried playing him for the first time and I was matched against a 4-man sweat squad who genrushed me in matters of minutes. Please, stop misinformation: there is only one MMR score for all killers as it was with ranks.

This is not true at least by the statements the devs have made. The whole reason the devs locked killers after the initial load screen is because they said each killer would have their own MMR score.
If you could change killers and they had their own MMR scores, killers could ready as a killer they are bad at, get paired against bad survivors, and change to their main once they found a lobby. Therefore, the devs specifically locked this to give each killer their own MMR score. Survivors on the hand all share one MMR regardless of whether you switch from who you usually play.
What you experienced is likely a case of the system not working.

I don't care what the devs said, I told you the truth I witnessed myself. I played Blight for the first time today and in the first game was matched against a 4-man SWF who were really good at the game. Like genrushing pallet faking bodyblocking full meta kind of good. These were by no means rank 20s. Either MMR doesn't work as it should at all, or the devs didn't tell the truth.

Could be the devs lied, could be the system failed, could be they had super high MMR and were waiting forever so the system expanded who they could get paired with to get them a game.
I'm assuming if you are saying the devs lied then your general killer MMR must be high and you must be a god-tier nurse or spirit main to get paired with a death squad. If not your assumption based on 1 game is likely faulty and the system just failed you (i bet it wont be the only time).

Then that would be good feedback to give them in the Feedback section. It is indeed supposed to be specific for each killer. That is why you can not killer swap in lobby anymore. After the last test they said they were making an adjustment so that if you have a high MMR with one of more killers, it will affect your MMR for other killers you dont play as often. This is because just because you are new to a specific killer doesn't mean you don't know how to effectively counter survivors with basic abilities so you shouldn't be completely starting from zero and facing survivors who don't know how do anything yet.
