What's your suggestions on terror radius perks?
These perks specifically:

Unnerving Presence is too good vs bad survivors and actually helps good ones. What I'd do is replace the narrower success zones for Old Ruin's skill checks.
I don't know what to do about Overwhelming Presence. Its an anti item perk, but Lightborn and Franklins are just... better. Still niche, but better.
Coulrophobia is there to counter self healing mid chase... which doesn't happen anymore. What I'd maybe like it to be changed to is... "Survivors in the dying state recover and are healed 30% slower while in your Terror Radius."
Distressing is a combo piece who's combo buddies are terrible, so I'd hold off on changing it until seeing how the other TR perks fare when changed.

doctor works best for this due to his power being based on terror radius. avoid using on Deathstlinger, Huntress, and trickster due to naturally lower TR.
Legion can benefit for these too.
No idea for builds tho.

Nothing. Leave them as they are.
Not everything needs changes. Actually, most things never did.

Unnerving Presence: Old Ruin skillchecks while within TR.
Overwhelming Presence: Survivors holding items build up "charge" while within your terror radius. If they don't drop their item within 30/25/20 seconds of exposure to the TR, they scream. Picking their item back up, if in the TR, will also cause them to scream.
Coulrophobia: Current effects, but the healing speed debuff applies to recovery of downed survivors.
Distressing: Hooks emit a 4/5/6 meter terror radius. These miniature terror radiuses work with perks and powers.
