Пропал фонарик при побеге за сурва

Уже было такое два раза: первый раз сбежал с полным фиолетовым фонариком, второй раз сбежал с наполовину потраченным жёлтым фонариком. По итогу оба испарились после захода в инвентарь. Кто-то ещё сталкивался с такой проблемой?

периодически пропадают предметы, не только фонарики, очередной баг который года 2 будут фиксить
