Why i believe FNAF wont make it to DBD any time soon
Scott Cawthon got into controversy recently, I wont go into details but I will say I do not agree with his belief but i think he has a right to hold them and the harassment him and his family received was nothing short of disgusting. But right now I don't see BHVR touching the license until there's an official successor for the license.

It is the most likely, but since the community demands it so much, maybe it will arrive as an Anniversary for the next one, but hopefully it will be late because we have licenses like Candyman and Chucky available that should be before him.

I’m not sure about the statement that the ‘community’ demands it so much. I don’t really care either way but I see some very strong ‘Fors’ and some very strong ‘against’. At this point if it is included, I think there is going to a be a backlash. If it is never included, there will be some very unhappy fans. The next chapter could be my pinhead dream chapter, I will just have to wait and see but if it isn’t, I will be sad and move on. I think some of the FNAF fans are going about it wrong.

In my opinion, FNaF should come to DBD - but not right now. It's not a high-enough priority license in my eyes, as much as I would love Springtrap in this game, and others like Candyman, Pinhead and Pennywise deserve representation much sooner.
Then again, SAW was one of the first few licensed chapters, so anything's possible. I just hope BHVR save Springtrap for after a few more fan-demanded characters are introduced. Hopefully people will be less vehemently against it by then.

True. And there's the fact that scott said there wasn't any collabs this year back in march anyways. People can say he's trolling, as he's done before, but i think that's wishful thinking.
I really want a fnaf chapter but it just doesn't make sense for it happen right now.

Dude, I'm sure everyone is really aware of the controversy. That's what's what's making the new chapter so confusing. I highly bet it's Pin Head but there is so much evidence either way its insane.

Personally i don't really think a priority exists to behaviour, not anymore anyways. I believe this because of the stranger things chapter. I think this chapter was made because stranger things is really popular, and it will have done very well business wise. Stranger things is definitely not an icon of horror.
Basically i think they do what's best financially.

No, but I see why people think it is either way. Ik that the TV is an exact scene from the movie and ik its released in 1987, but there is just a lot of confusion rn and I really want it to be springtrap so I'm really hoping it's him and ik it's not going to be and I'm having an emotional breakdown because the devs won't give us answers and I just can't take it anymore I want to die

I think the Devs would go for licenses that was generally wanted by the majority of the player base and not one that splits it in two. They'd want whatever character they bring to this game to appeal to as many people as possible, in order to make more money. I doubt they'd pick FnaF just due to the sheer amount of people who don't want it.

You understand that part of the reason why a lot of players are against FNAF is not necessarily FNAF itself but the way the fans act? This is, unfortunately, a good example of why some DBD players are uncomfortable with the thought of FNAF in DBD. The statements you make are not emotionally healthy and reflect on your fellow FNAF community. If it isn’t spring trap, I’m sorry but you’ll need to try and accept that with grace.

Lol dude it's a joke. Yea I want it to be Springtrap but ik it's not gonna be. I'm not mentally unstable, it was just a stupid joke. Fnaf fans who act like that aren't that common, they are just more active in talking. I love fnaf, and its a franchise that really important to me, and I just want it to combine with a game I love. I dont think there is anything wrong with that.

If being able to play a character has this much of an effect on you, going so far as wanting to die because you don't get an answer, you really should step away from video games and take the time to work on your mentality and perhaps seek help. It's a video game, it has no bearing on your life, unless you're a professional streamer, making a lot of money, otherwise, all it is is a waste of time.

Also, I hate it when people say they are privileged, but I just had to deal with the death of my cat, grandfather, and grandmother back to back to back. I think I deserve at least one death joke.
But also death is just a funny thing in modern internet. I can't explain why but it's just what is funny now. Humor is different to everyone, but me making a joke about entitled fans, doesn't seem like me laughing at death. But belittle me how you want. I've been on the internet a while, I'm used to it.

No one is trying to belittle you. The point is you made your comment look like you were being serious about wanting to die if it's not spring trap. That doesn't sound like a death joke, that sounds like a suicidal joke. That is alarming to people for personal reasons. I am really sorry that you've had to deal with death a lot lately. But if you wanted to work with expression on the internet, i would start with looking at how messages might look to other people, people that have no idea who you are actually are or what situation you are in. They have no context. That would make expression on the internet easier i think, especially on anonymous places.
