The Plague: Purge Attacks Not Launching

Platform: PS5

Description: Whenever I play as the plague, no matter what add-ons I use when I charge the purge attacks and release the button, the meter resets and nothing happens. The attack doesn't launch. Happens with both vile and corrupt versions. When I first purchased her I had one match where it worked, any match after that resulted in this bug.

To Reproduce: just selecting the killer and loading into a match.

Frequency: Every match as her.
