Seriously this. Idk if they can't but this is the worst and ONLY answer they give.

But it might change my investment-plans for the game. Because i dont know if it is a single event, or if it can happen to meyers, freddy, or nemesis or any future dlcs as well. And thus regards the health and intrest of the game, and thus has an effect on my gameplay experience.
So, i might not need to know, but i have to make my decisions then based on what i belive to be more likly, it being a single incident, or the possibility of it happening again, and thus, it changes a lot of results, namly the money i might or might not be willing to put into the game in the future.

It's more likely with IPs that haven't been milked sufficiently (i.e.: newer IPs). Since Stranger Things was the most recent IP to ever be added to DbD, I'm guessing it's highly unlikely - but not impossible - that it'll happen again. However, killers can still be reworked from the ground up at any point, and that, I believe, is more likely for certain characters (specifically, the ones survivors complain about the most).

Actually, the proper answer is... We actually don't have more information related to the Stranger Thing DLC...
Or... "we are unable to grant you an answer because that involves strict business information"... I think every CEO knows how to give a proper and polite answer instead of "read the FAQ"

It's two different things at the end of the day. I could understand if they're under an NDA or something like that or they just don't want to divulge the information from the contract.
But their lack of transparency otherwise with their own content is really bs.
