The Legion is NOT SCARY AT ALL as a survivor's view

Well, i hope you guys understand if my English is quite wrong. I'm not a English user, from asia.
Anyway my opinion about Legion is 'He has no concept to make the survivors afraid of him. Because he can't down survivors quickly. It's not about he's weak or strong let's just think about THE REAL POINT OF THIS GAME. This game's theme is horror no matter how other people think. And the game goes 'There are 4 survivors and one killer, the killer has to find and kill them all until they escape, and survivors have to fix 5gens to escape. So the killer makes survivors to be afraid of being killed or at least make them scared by the killer. All other killers have concept to scare them when you encountered them. Like Myers is right behind you without any sounds, Hillbilly's chainsaw sound from somewhere, Spirit's movement and sound when she comes to you, Huntress and Freddy have their own melody around of them, even the Doctor actually make them scream.
So what about Legion?
Does he have any skill to scare you?
what about he's ability?it's 'running' also can jump obstacles.
Yea this is quite awesome. Can be afraid of it because can't slow the killer with usual way you did to other killers. But what if when killer use the ability his attack is same as BorrowedTime perk? (Even the perk get downed when you hit again) BORROWEDTIME IS A SURVIVOR'S PERK NOT A KILLER'S. It is nunsense. Survivors are scared of killers because they can down and hang you. And all the abilities he has are all have critical penalties even though he's not strong as much as other killers. He's abilities are not bad and quite stylish BUT PENALTIES ARE TOO MUCH TO PLAY WITH IT.
When i play this game after the dlc's came out The Legion can't be a killer who can make survivors afraid of him. If someone wants to say the killer's playstyle is different from others but then what is the Legion's playstyle? Make survivors keep hit by him until match ends? This makes the whole match to lose tension. you don't have to worry about being downed. You guys can see all the times, when killer is Legion, after all gens are on. Suvivors don't need to worry if they injured or there's a No One Escape Death perk. (Is this a killer?not a killer, it's just a noob who can beat you multiple times.) So the match ends with laugh. And i'm a survivor user not a killer user (just play killer sometimes) BUT i was really looking forward to the news that new killer's will come out. And now i'm quite disappointed. Well, their designs and outfits made me much excited to wait for it until real game plays arrived.
But I think, if everyone keep saying 'Legion needs buff or changes' devs won't listen anyway though.

He's one of the easiest killers to bully right now. I mean you don't even waste time healing against him even.

As somone maining Legion at the moment I do agree thst yes as a killer he is weak and not that scary. The idea behind him is well thought out, that everyday people can just snap and give into horrid desires. That anyone can slip on the mask and let themselves go. Though in game he has little more then suprising survivors.
At the moment he feels like one of the better Blood Point farmers out there. Ive consistantly maxed out Brutality and Deviousness with him in every game. Ive even had a few games of letting everyone escape and still getting Ruthless Killer. I think once the stun on ending his Frenzy early is removed he will be far more dangerous. Quickly vaulting after survivors and closing the gap will make him very hard to shake. Not to mention if he could stab in frenzy, see where others are and turn off his power with no stun, hiding from him will be impossible without perk builds around it.
At the moment he is hard to play or take too seriously though with some of the coming changes like The Spirit I believe he can become very powerful.0 -
Legion is confirmed saddest killer in DBD. Even more of a D A R N than Freddy right now.

What's sadder is how most every other killer's perks dont aid him and exposed is all but worthless on him less you get the jump on survivors. Apart from that, their concept/appearance is so lame and uninspired, not scary at all...0

I like the concept but they really are useless. No perk synergy, no intimidation, their power doesnt actually benefit them in any way
