Yo, wassup y’all? I just came on here because I submitted a support ticket about a loss of save data about two days ago and I was wondering on average about how long it’d take to receive a response? I really just wanna play more and idk if it can even be fixed and I don’t wanna have to wait like a month for just a simple “we can’t fix it”. Thanks so much in advance to anyone who replies!

    It took 5 days to get my first response on a ticket I submitted this August. I had to submit some additional information and I’m still waiting to hear back on that.
