Turn Killer into 1v4: The Huntress

Keypoint: give Survivors a side objective to do, either they can Gen rush at Killer's fullpower. Or they pay time to weaken them.
For Huntress, there is a unique Hatchet locker for her to reload. Everytime she reload, she will get full load of hatchets.
Survivor can interact with Hatchet lockers. After interact with a locker, that specific lock will have a Penalty on Huntress. This action take abit longer than Huntress's reloading.
If Huntress reload at that specific locker, she will get 4 hatchets instead of 5. After that the lock no more having Penalty. Unless Survivor interact with it again.
Survivors can keep interact the same locker to further penalty. Mind that interact the same locker 3-4 times is a waste of time because she can always perform reloading 2 times to get full load out.

I mean, it's always bothered me she just grabs one hatchet and it equals up to eight. But I think the solution there is to make her need to grab each hatchet missing to reload, but make the animation a bit faster than what it is now. Would reward not spamming hatchets. Could also allow her to only grab as many hatchets as she wants to, and pause a full reload.

I love how Pinhead power has similar idea to mine, Survivors pay time to weaken him, or he goes full power. He can be weak in 1v1, but has build in slow down on all survivors.
Hope in the future, every Killer will be like this.
