Is "Cooperative Healthcare" rift challenge glitched?

Got 3 co-op healths in one match...counted as only 2.
Then got the 1 I needed (so I thought) in the following match: survivor was unhooked by another survivor, I ran in and helped with the heal from injured to healthy.
Didn't count.
Anyone?

The total amount for one health state has to be hit.
Meaning 1/3 cooperation here plus 3/8 cooperation there doesn’t equal one.
9/10 doesn’t round to 1.
