Clown is unplayable without SBMM because once you get to red ranks it's all over for clown.

May as well just only play spirit now.

It's just not the same.

Former red rank clown here(before rework). Not impossible in the slightest

Don't worry it's probably coming permanently in a couple a months.

Guess it depends on your level of skill. SBMM will benefit bad killers because it pairs them with bad survivors, and people who are equally bad will always favor the killer. If you're a really good killer in general, then it won't matter what killer you play, you'll eventually raise your SBMM to the point you play those same skilled survivors, just maybe not at the top level Spirit.

As opposed to high SBMM, where good survivors are paired with good killers, which favors the survivors. If anything you shouldn't be asking for SBMM for this complaint and you should be asking for balance at the higher level, since they're trying to for a competitive thing (SBMM) into what is a non-competitive, not balanced around it, game.

I prefer MMR over SBMM. My matches as killer were actually having an effect on what kind of survivors I would get next.

    Tony, long time no see.

It seems the vast majority of players DO NOT want SBMM in the game permanently

Well, he is a clown after all, he is supposed to be funny and entertain the audience.

  • Try playing myers in red ranks...

Since SWFS are very common, you can almost never stalk someone off guard because they have 4 cameras.

I only had a short time to experience the MM test but the sense I came away with was that they were more enjoyable.

But I played clown today and got 11hooks 4k, you will still lose with SBMM when you climb up

Source for "majority of players"? Because I see a lot of players who do want SBMM.

Wait, doesnt MMR work hand in hand with SBMM? Or am I missing something?

I can't wait for it to come back, I'm tired of facing people who are out of my league.

Yeah, SBMM was actually a lot more fun and involving. It made the game feel a heck of a lot more intense. Loved both the even skill-level of team mates, tough-but-fun killers, and challenging survivor opponents.

I hope they bring it back soon.

We don't have stats on that. And if there were stats, the devs wouldn't release them.

Behavior has been discussing the MMR for years now. All we keep getting are tests. I'd like to think it's coming too, but at this point I'll believe it when I see it.

Same. As survivor, solo queue is horrible, especially at night. Queues are long, meaning teammates are even worse. I really can't stand playing much more solo queue.

At this point I'd rather SBMM even if it meant I had to play against Blight/Nurse/Spirit with meta perks 90% of the time. Having a decent team that doesn't walk everywhere, isn't scared of the TR and has experience makes a huge difference. With that kind of team, playing against skilled killers is fun.
