Will hitboxes ever get fixed?
Will the hit boxes in this game ever get fixed? I understand the latency issues as other games have them as well, but it just seems this games hit boxes are ridiculous like a killer being turned the other way and you still get hit. This makes me think you guys just got lazy and decided to put a big ass square hit box that even hits from behind.

Game uses capsule hitboxes like most other modern titles. They're fine. You don't need or want precision hitboxes in a casual game.

Only thing that annoys me are the Truck shaped Hatchets, everything else is bareable

This isn't an FPS. You don't have crosshair aiming. You don't need accurate hitboxes.
Standardised hitboxes are far more practical, and allow for translation of skill between different survivors and killers.

I have gig internet I'm talking about this my ping runs at 15ms and still ######### is pretty iffy with hatchets but when a killer is literally looking a different direction and lands a hit it gets annoying. This isn't me by the way just a random video I ran into just now that showcases ######### hit boxes.

Indeed, hatchets should really have a vertical disc hitbox, about half as wide as they are, rather than spherical.

Hitboxes are fine in general; latency and server coding mixed intogether are the issue. At least they're slowly, step by step, trying to fix this.
Hatchets probably should be a bit thinner, but taller to compensate (but that could cause issue with terrain, idk, but I love going against a good huntress that isn't laggy as all hell, so I'm not going to complain about how they are right now because of people with horrific internet - that's another issue that they need to continue focusing on...quick fix is to simply stop people using VPN's, though or not let them get a match above x ping, because nowhere in the world has 300+ ping to their nearest DBD server)
That said, the most recent validation change they made to pallet hits/stuns...seems to have been reverted. Literally every game I get hit through pallets so long after I dropped them, it's becoming a joke - legitimately worse than it was before the change. Yet for a week or so, it was working perfectly.

I actually have no problem with the pallets probably because of my ping being so low.

@Tatt3dWon: Never trust the injuried survivor animation. His capsule hitbox is the same as an healthy survivor. In this way, a killer like your huntress still can hit you from above.
You can easily see during vaults from upstairs how the survivor "capsule hitboxes" are really huge, like on this clip:
