This was my match just now. I am rank 13, and probably deserve to be here due to still being new. This is also solo queue....

No, rank MM is still a thing. It just never worked that well. Sometimes games get like this when queue times are really long for one side ,and in those cases it just wants to put you in any game regardless of colo(u)r.

Nope, it's the way it's always been. It happens a lot at night, from my experience of course. It's like they have no many people around so they put you in whatever match they find first

It is why they are adding mmr. Whenever they get around to it. Soon... Soon in game developer language, anyways.

As in never, since it should have been implemented the second they though "ranking systems are a good idea"
