Wraith has a terror radius when cloaked

I just played a game against a Wraith, and they had a normal terror radius all game even when cloaked

    an addon, "the beast" - soot,

    The Kunwulju symbol, representing the Realm of Fear, is finger-drawn out of soot on the body of the Bell.

    • The Wraith's Terror Radius is no longer suppressed when cloaked.
    • Grants 100 % Bonus Bloodpoints for Stalking and Surprise Attack Score Events.

    They did not have the Soot addon on, which is why I made the post.
