Advice to characters progress
I started the game about 1 year ago and I have all the DLCs. I want to give prestige to all characters so I know I need millions of BP. I've earned 8 Survivors and 8 Killer prestige so far and they're all characters I love, but I haven't unlocked all perks, I've now unlocked all perks for Killers and will unlock all perks on Prestiged Killers I've earned. This is how I advance the characters:
Without 1M BP I don't spend BP, when I have 1M BP I spend Killer and Survivor respectively, here's how,
1M BP < Killer - 1M BP Survivor - 1M BP < Killer - 1M BP Survivor. I try to advance both roles equally, so I spend BP as both Killer and Survivor respectively. I can't open add-ons, advantages, items on the characters I prestige because I'm trying to advance characters because I'm trying to advance other characters. I play both roles equally so I can't focus on one role. Also, since new characters come every 3-4 months, my job gets harder.
My method may seem a bit silly, but my main goal is to make all characters P3+50 Level as soon as possible. Do you have any suggestions for this? It's getting really hard

The main issue is that you're trying to P3+50 all characters, obviously. While there's ways to make that process faster, you're still looking at THOUSANDS of hours. Yes, thousands.
As to how to speed up the grind? I imagine your mains are P3+50, meaning they're likely to have most, if not all of the perks. In which case the answer is Killers with BBQ and Survivors with Kindred/WGLF/Borrowed Time, that's it. That's all.

Nah don’t do that. Spend it as you level them so you get more double BP offerings to use.
Other than that basically just always run BBQ / WGLF and that’s as fast as it will get. Killers get way more BP than survivors on average and it’s easier to get 4x BBQ than 4x WGLF without throwing the game.

Yes I use mains P3+50 LVL and BBQ/WGLF on all characters and will consider what you said. But I think P3 for Killers would suit at least P3 for all Killers, if not all Survivors.

its easy actually, get all your progress deleted and be compensated with 105m bp. done and done

Mmmm, I don't think its as bad as you make it out though. I mean the only thing for progress is leveling characters. I can get a P3 killer in roughly 4 days if I just grind for it.
For reference, I only really cared about Killers when I use to play and I had roughly 4000 hours and had nearly every Killer P3. Of that time, most of it was me just learning the game really and playing really inefficient for my first 1000 hours and it was my first account.
In theory assuming you were using BP perks I would think it would only take 2000 - 3000 hours for all killers. So roughly 4000 hours to 6000 hours if you knew what you were doing when you started the game. I suppose this sounds like alot, but I don't think so in general. Although maybe for DBD that is alot for the same gamemode.

So it's not as bad as it seems/sounds, but it'll take up to 6 000 hours? Come on, dude.

Uh yhea? Because as said before this is like, the reason to play in terms of progression. Its not really that bad compared to other games. Games I have spent many of thousands of hours more on, such as Rainbow, and other players have spent tens of thousands of hours on, still have not learned everything in those games.
Thats the thing, you play games such as Rainbow with the end game goal to be the best. You don't have that same goal in this game as its unbalanced, least it would be foolish too. So all you really have is the BP system to keep you company in terms of progress.
I certainly would prefer if the grind was lessened, but if I am being honest I would likely just stop playing the game on whatever platform after I gained every P3 outfit and perks. There would be no real motivation to continue except reaching X devotion, however it is a mechanic they still, years later have done nothing with.
New content keeps games alive for a reason, so there is something to work towards, be it more progress or more game mechanics to explore.
End game goals such as having a rarer outfit are something nice in my opinion.

If the Grind is reduced in the future, perhaps then prestige might make more sense
