Wraith Nerf or Rework.
I am fairly new at the game and my input my be unjustified but wraith is to strong as a stealth character. He moves fast when he is invisible but also gets the speed boost when he goes visible. This makes actually getting away from him very difficult.
Maybe add a terror radius for him or take the speed boost away. Open to suggestions.
I now just leave whenever I find out I am going against a wraith killer. It is not fun at all and refuse to endure it.

Wraith is around top 7-10 and that is far from strong enough to nerf. No rework needed he is fine now.

With good vaulting you can gain a lot of time against warith.

Not all maps have the same amount of vaulting locations.

The only thing I wish they didn't change was the visibility of the cloak, that was the only counter play we had. Now with me having terrible eye sight, I never see him till he's right ontop of me. But I feel Wraith is in an ok spot besides that

Also, lanters stun wraith when he is insivible, you can aim to the body, it works, or a flash grenade if you have that perk.

Would buffed Wraith be considered a bit more fair if his base cloaked movement speed was pushed down just a little to 140% or 135%?

Literally the only negative changes I want made to him are:
Removal of aura reading add-ons
Slightly reduce his uncloak lunge speed, it's ######### bonkers currently

I had a couple friends at one point said Wraith was to strong until they played him and realize what to do and what not to do against Wraith. If you play him against good players he can be destroyed. I'm a Wraith main and I couple days ago I vsed a very strong team on Lery's which is very strong for Wraith and I only got 6-7-8 hooks I don't know around there and only 1 kill so if you know what you're doing you can beat him pretty easily.
