Think I'm The Only One Who Doesn't Mind Being Tunneled, Camped Or Slugged
I would like to say this real quickly I'm not a toxic player.
I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't mind being camped, tunneled, or slugged. I understand why Survivor players don't enjoy this but, for me I love it.
It can bring a nice challenge for chases when being tunneled, When I'm being camped I just say to myself you're gonna loose the game if you do this (early game) endgame though I understand why the Killer is doing it as they don't really have another option, and being Slugged well Killer does it for pressure or they just go for everyone and slug which is unfortunate but, I enjoy trying to see how long I can hide from the Killer and if I can find Hatch.

If I can get the tunneling killer to chase me till end game then yeah I don't mind but If I go down in like 5 seconds then I do because that's when the others start gravitating towards the face camping bubba.
Also the odd one that just hides behind some object nearby to see the whole thing. Like, go do a gen.

I don't begrudge it, I do it myself when i've gotta, but it's moderately annoying.

I do it as well when I play killer if I have too. I try not to but if it happens it happens. That's just the game sometime.

Well, i dont mind it really aswell. Im not happy about it, cause it sucks a bit, but i understand why killers do it, so i dont really have an issue with it. I do it myself sometimes and those things are part of the game which i accept.

I don't particually love it but overall I don't mind none of them happening to me.
Slugging - cool, as long as my teammates don't all get slugged too, it's a free hook state.
Tunneling - gotta practise those looping skillz anyway.
Camping - do gens you over-altruistic fools or at least learn how and when to save properly.

I also don't TYPICALLY hate being tunneled. Never really hate being camped, it's not hard to beat. And being slugged means I'm not hooked and might get up.
But what I hate is being tunneled and thus not getting any points in other categories. And so, that being said, I will YET AGAIN declare my fix for this and many other issues, and that fix is:
Survivors should share 100% of all points in all categories. Rank up together, rank down together.
Will people complain?
Yes.
Do these people matter?
No, because they're selfish.
EVERY OTHER GAME is like this. Why not also DBD?
Get chased all game? Okay, well you got points for all the gens that got done during this. And the people parked on gens got points for you running the Killer.
Because it's a team game. Wow, what a concept!
Similarly, I'd love to see hatch disappear. It only promotes selfish play among Survivors, and as a Killer, it's pretty lame to lose pipping because some guy whom didn't earn an escape GETS an escape.
However, one battle at a time...
Shared Survivor points, 100%, across the board. Readjust the BP/pipping accordingly, obviously.
Suddenly, multiple problems are completely fixed.

Depends on the killer, loops available, chase length and game performance.
If it is Nemesis, especially with sloppy, I don't enjoy it since my game freezes a lot and I can't perform and give my best.
But I don't hold it against them. The only thing I do is bm kinda. Everything else is fine even if I don't enjoy it they are being respectful at least.

I mean, there are multiple aspects to it:
- when you're getting tunneled/camped
- the type of killer that is going for the tunnel/camp
- the perks your teammates are running
- the perks you yourself are running
- the location of the hook you're being tunneled/camped from
If the killer tunnels/camps you early, while you decided to not run DS and your teammate doesnt have BT either.
Camping during the EGC is always a nice challenge, do you take the safe route and give the killer a 1k or do you risk a potential 4k just to have a shot at a 0k.

I don't mind being tunneled. But being excessively camped/slugged totally kills my mood to play survivor and I switch to killer if it happens 2 or 3 games in a row. You're essentially AFK when those two things happen. Mind you I'm not talking about proxy camping or slugging for pressure, it's the pure facecamping or killers that slug for absolutely no reason.

I'm the same except it doesn't kill my mood for me if that happens and I'm out with only like 5k points I'm like oh well next game and just move to killer because I can get more points when playing killer.

Honestly I can be the same, sometimes yeah it's a bit annoying when I just can't loop to save my life. But Today I was being tunneled by Nemesis on Leon and I could loop today so I had fun running around the map constantly.
I was playing in an swf and I was just screaming IM NOT STARS NEMESIS IM NOT JILL IM A ROOKIE OFFICER. Everyone was wetting themselves laughing.
I got Mori'd as well at the end, and the killer texted me after saying STARSSSSS and I was like IM A ROOKIE IM NOT STARTS that's why Mr X was on my ass. ๐๐๐

It's not my favorite part of the Trial for sure, but maybe i'm just naturally more accepting.
Idk, there's always the next Trial, i'm a patient man.

People who bring flashlights seem to love getting tunneled, so I will keep giving them what they ask for.

I mean, the game doesnt reward you on killing. You can kill all 4 survivors that way and depip to green ranks.
So yeah, the killer is supposed to do more than just camp and tunnel. There are 3 other survivors he's supposed to kill.

I mean, sure if it happens I'm alright with it if it's a few games out of the night. If it happens back to back for like multiple games in a row though I start losing my patience for it pretty quickly, especially in cases where it's like getting camped/tunneled out at 5 gens left while you're running a meme build or something.

I used to despise all three. Heavily.
As of now: Camping and slugging, while slightly annoying, arenโt an issue for me. I just play on my phone and move on once the match is over. (Except when I gotta struggle of course).
Tunneling however, requires my full attention and thus, I find most annoying. Tunneling is only fun if I can actually loop the player chasing me, otherwise itโs.. ugh.
