I tunnel, huh?
Ok.
I consider tunneling relentlessly hunting down a specific survivor over and over again to kill them. Can we agree that’s tunneling? Cool.
I refrain from from doing this as much as I can. It’s just boring to me. Yet I get called a tunneler for when someone is unhooked not even 15 meters from me and I down the unhooked survivor.
Yeah, I’m just gonna make my life harder by following your rules and throwing common sense out the window. Not to mention I should just leave mindless farms and saves unpunished. HA!
If you consider me downing an already injured survivor who was just pulled off a hook while I was still in proximity VS a healthy, likely prepared survivor willing to “sacrifice” himself for the BPs, then, yes, I’m a tunneling son of a b****. I don’t play like an NPC would nor will I ever.

Earlier a Meg said I tunneled her. She was my first hook, I didn't kill anyone until I got 4 BBQ stacks. I'm like "say wha????"

I suck at running from killers right now, so it definitely is your fault for being a bad sportsman.

Use their salt to tastify your games.
Seriously, they will call you a tunneler even if they walk right into you after an unhook.
They will call you a camper if you go smack a nearby gen, and circle back for the unhook that usualy comes when the sack bar is at 75%
And let's not forget everyones favorite complaint, basementing.
I get so much salt for throwing survivors in the basement. Which is weird, since it's usualy the best place to put a hook. (not always)

Oh and ifbyou use Freddy there gonna hate you for standing near to a hook (outside the 17m radius) to dream the rescuer and guy on the unhook because somehow them rushing = me camping when they played dumb)0

for your information, the definition* of tunneling is:
1.Anytime a killer chases a survivor during a trial and the survivor is hit, downed or able to escape and/or pallet loop, flashlight or teabag the chasing killer.
2. Anytime a killer performs any aggressive action toward a survivor during a trial, which includes, but is not limited to using the killer specific power or a basic attack/lunge*definition taken from The Survivor's Handbook written by A Salty Survivor

I love the Basement, it's so funny when they accuse me of camping despite the fact they can't see me lol I could be almost halfway across the map but my TR is still by them so they think I'm camping lol

I don’t play like an NPC would nor will I ever.I dunno if you really wanted an answere or just some chanting from the main-killer community. But still I'll try to show you the survivor point of view.A survivor can't do nothing about being unhooked, you can't like graps the hook to prevent yourself from getting farmed (unsafely unhook/ being unhooked before the killer even had a chance to leave). There are some survivors that love to unhook others unsafely knowing they won't be in any danger due to the usually tunneling killers. And they do get bp's for the unsafe hook. If the farmed survivor lives a little longer till you down them again they even get rewarded with safe hook rescue (full points) although they really just farmed points by getting the survivor killed. The survivor that got kiled will probably have like the least possible bp's if you found them early in the game. They had no chance to do anything to gain bp's or to have fun in the game.So by tunneling the injured farmed survivor, all you do is enforcing the farming (I had ppl unhooking me like that dc'ing when the killer played fair-means he wasn't tunneling- which isn't quite often). When I play killer I try to do the following: If I'm still next to the hook and the survivor is unhooked I'll smack. If the unhooked is down I still go for the one (often a meg) that unhooked and hunt them down. I don't mind if the first hooked get's pick up. If I hit the unhooking survivor I still go straight for that one.If the unhook was made right after I reached the nearest gen I still got back and try to get the one that unhooked.Survivors have to play together to have a chance against a killer. If s.o on the team farms others or is trying to get others killed this one us sure to be dead in a game with me as the killer.Playing the Killer I got the power to decide what behavior is ok and fair and I can honor it by giving the person a fair game. And in case that a survivor is being a selfish, farming one I again as Killer have the power to kill that person. But well I like and cherish fairplay more then winning unlike probably most of the main killers. I think we all can have fun in the game, that's the reason ppl are playing it in first place. As survivor I don't mind dying on the hook or to a mori if I had a fair game and had a real chance to make some points. But that's rare lately. No trying to point on killer mains but usually when I thank a killer for fairplay they tell me how the hate other behavior cause they are survivor mains. Maybe some if the hatred mail you get are not being salty survivors? When I play killer I usually get 4 k or at least 2. I only always get thanks for playing fair and gg's.I've never been called tunneler or camper even if I slugged the rescued (but didn't hook them) or was still near the hook with no chance of even bringing decent space between me and the hook.So maybe, just maybe some of you think about trying fairplay? You might not always get the 4 k, but games that are fun and fair for you and the survivors AND you might even get a nice comment on that fairplay although you killed all the 4At least that's what I experienced.Playing on ps4 btw.0 -

Thought i should also point out that it wasn’t the person who was farmed that complained, rather it was the person WHO farmed, which I thought was interesting.0
