[PC] Skill Checks Not Showing Up

Skill check sound alerts played, but the dial didn't show up. I was able to pass one skill check by hitting the space bar at random. This was for both healing and repairing gens. The problem was resolved when I closed and restarted the game.
This was in Hawkins, as part of a 3-person SWF, against a Ghostface. I was playing as Claudette.
