Small change for Tinkerer perk

I want to keep it as it is now, powerfull. However I think it should trigger only once per generator (not twice or more on the same generator that allready passed 70%).

    It just needs a general cooldown. If it was the same cooldown as the Undetectable duration, that it would still work the same on one generator, but would not proc multiple times in quick succession, giving a load of info and extending the Undetectable duration.

    The perk is fine as it is, in what way a sound cue and an undetectable effect is OP ? You can even harass the killer with it if you're smart.

    Hight mobility killers with ruin / udying. That's it. I am not saying it's OP but I think this would be a bit more healthy for the game.

    So cleanse ruin and undying. You can literally remove both those perks from the game leaving the killer with only tinkerer.

    This idea that Tinkerer needs to be restricted in how many times it can proc is just trying to kill a perk that isn't an issue because you can't take the time to locate and cleanse hex totems.

    Even with Ruin/Undying the perk is fine, you repair to 70%, wait for him to come, he will loose time to find you, and probably won't, he will leave, and you go back. If the killer is entitled to come to Tinkerer alert, you can play around and gens will fly, trust me.

    And if the meta is Hexes, survivors have to take one perk to counter hexes. Inner Strength is a powerful perk, and Small Game is a very good perk (also there are maps, everyone forget that). Tinkerer is a good perk, so I always expect it when I reach 70% of a gen, as I always expect a Chili BBQ and enter in a locker.

    Killers changed their gameplay because of DS and BT, survivors have to do the same about Tinkerer/Ruin/Undying (which are three perks that say they are here, DS and BT the killer don't know until he eats it).

    Plus, the combo gets destroyed when Ruin is gone (so Undying toow in fact). And if the killer has Pop, and is a top tier killer, well, there always will be ultra top tier combo. These are called Tryharders or Competitive players. You can't remove them from the game. To destroy this combo, you have to destroy EACH perk individually, and really destroy them. Tinkerer, you would want to disable the sound cue, Undying, well, totally rework it, and Ruin, making it 150% and it's a Hex ? Totally not worth it, it would be never used.

    This combo is top tier, as DS/BT/Unbreakable/Sprint Burst (or Dead Hard) is !

    You activate Ruin on your gen by tapping it ? Expect Tinkerer, play around, transcend Humanity, escape :p I genuinely think we can't do anything about this combo, but to destroy each perk, and that would be a really terrible decision.
