Increase in map offerings

I've played several games the past two-three days where in almost all of them survivors were using map offerings and I just wanted to check if I've been unlucky or if more people are noticing that as well (and also check if anyone knows what may be the reason why). My matches in the past few days have been like:

ormond, ormond, haddonfield, ormond, coldwing, random game with no offering, azarov's, crotus prenn, ormond, dead dawg meme, ormond
