Perks

Perk 1: Gluttony

Seeing the blood of those you hunt cause your hunger for death to grow.

Pools of Blood lasts for 2.5 seconds longer. Staring directly at Pools of Blood causes you to move 5% faster while moving in the direction of the source of the Pools of Blood in a 45 degree cone within 16 Meters for 3/4/5 seconds.

Gluttony has a cooldown of 14/12/10 seconds.

Perk 2: Scourge Hook: Envy

Seeing people care for others causes you to remember the hate you have.

When a Survivor is unhooked from a Scourge Hook they suffer from the Exposed Status Effect.

- The Exposed Status Effect is removed upon being healed.

- If another Survivor attempts to heal the Survivor Exposed by this effect, they lose the Exposed Status Effect. The Survivor who attempted to heal the Survivor Exposed by this effect suffers from the Exposed Status Effect for 40/50/60 seconds.

Perk 3: Pride

Failure is not an option.

Upon gaining Bloodlust Tier 1, the distance of your Lunge Attack increases by 20/30/40 % as long as Bloodlust is active.

Power: Meat Hooks

The Chef can press the Power button in front of a Hook to yank the hook off of the Hook and attaches it to their chain, Sabotaging the hook in the process (30 Seconds) and holding onto the hook until the Chef uses the hook twice.

While the Chef has a hook, the Chef can Press and hold the Power Button to wind up the hook. Release the Power Button to throw the hook. The hook can hit survivors or the wall.

Survivors hit by the hook take a state of damage and the hook hooks onto them. The Chef can also hit a wall which hooks the hook onto the wall.

The Chef can press the Activate Ability Button to pull the hook back.

If the hook is hooked onto a Survivor, the survivor is pulled towards the Chef and suffer the Hindered Status Effect. If the hook is hooked onto a wall, the Chef is pulled to where the hook was in the wall.

If Meat Hooks puts a Survivor into the Dying State, the hook remains on the downed Survivor and will allow the Chef to drag the downed Survivor around with him. While dragging a Survivor, the Chef moves at 4.4m/s (110%)

Gluttony seems like a pretty decent perk, being a better Bloodhound in its own way. Before I finished reading about Scourge Hook: Envy, I thought it was complete garbage, as causing an injured survivor to be 1 shot with Exposed makes no difference, but, I do like the fact that they have to heal themself if they don't want to put others at risk. Also, Pride could be pretty handy. Though, the last part of this concept, the Power, I'm not sure I can get behind. It's basically a slower Deathslinger/ Cenobite. Overall tho, it's a pretty good concept, with the Perks being a shiny spot.
