are the twins bugged?

I haven't played this horrible killer in a while.

Early on I lined up a lunge that should've landed perfectly. Instead it does this weird thing I can barely explain.

Instead of lunging it like did this little "pause" and had my jump ot EXACTLY where I should've impacted the survivor and latched on. Had I truly missed. I should've flown way the heck away from where I jumped but no I landed PRECISELY where the hit should've made contact. Then they came around and smashed and teabagged me.

  • As far as I know you probably just missed but they do have a visual bug where when victor gets crushed and you swap back to Charlotte victor phases away from you it is funny. They also could of just dead harded as soon as you released pounce.

    It was like I hit an invisible barrier where the survivor was. All the while being delayed in hitting that invisible wall by 1 second or so.

    I was in an open area too it wasn't like therer was edges of hitboxes. At least I think there wasn't.

    It's because Victor's pounce hitbox is very unreliable and messed up. He can't pounce up slopes or even very slight inclines, even invisible ones, so what probably happened is that you touched an invisible bit of map collision which caused the pounce to not go anywhere. Tiny little points of the floor where you go up or down literally one inch? Sorry, you're not going to move during the pounce.

    It's very annoying and can't really be adapted to. There are many times where I've lined up the perfect pounce but Victor's just pounced in place because of a height difference you can't even see.

    There's also his awful collision detection, with Victor colliding with objects not even on the screen, while at the same time sliding off objects during a pounce much like Blight does. Except unlike Blight, he doesn't just stop when he slides off something - he's catapulted 6 metres in a random direction and then kicked.

    Ohhhh yay my time to shine, Victors hitbox is approximetly the size of texas and slopes are a big nono you could have hit a tree on the other ride of the map or just an invisable wall cause why the ######### not lol.

    Feel like it'd be cool to post this thing that @PixelBush made since I had no idea this was how victor's pounce hitbox actually worked

    Would also explain why Victor sometimes bounces off of literally nothing since Huntress hatchets do that too

    Yes Coup de gras was too op so they made it reduce lunge range instead of increasing it and made it base kit on all killers. Animations just haven't been updated yet, maybe in 9 months. /s

    Also to answer the OP's question, I did find a bug (that I reported but no acknowledgment :c ) that causes their power to be completely unusable when a survivor dc's AS the trial loads in.

    I belive there is still one super rare bug that is gamebreaking and you are unable to switch back to Charlote and just being stucked as Victor. Can't move, turn or attack, etc. You can just DC when this happends. It's rare, but it happends to me more times.

    Other than that sometimes you think you hit them, but some random thing says nope. Also don't use attack as Victor while on stairs since it doesn't work for me and you will get crushed ezi.

    But to be fair they are not that broken anymore and you can play them (mostly) just fine.
