Lost progress, and was given 250 Million BP as compensation. Not going to waste my time spending it

Long story short, logged in to find my account reset to zero. Contacted support and was told there is no way to get my event items or anything else back. They compensated my 2000 hours with 250 million BP. But they can’t give me back my items…

This is a really disappointing solution and has led to me not playing the game since and I likely will not play it in the future. I don’t want to spend some 30+ hours just spending these points and not even being able to get my cakes, event flashlights, firecrackers, etc. back. I even reported it while the PTB was active so they could have pulled the backup from there, but it took them too long and the support agent either wasn’t able to or just didn’t do it in time. They recommended that I put my feedback here.
