...but didn't have enough bloodpoints to unlock 3 perk slots...only had 2/3 of his perks equipped...no Adept.

My first game with Pinhead, going for adept, I got 3 survivors killed and the last one slugged. Went to pick them up... an then a "Disconnection from Host" error appeared and I got kicked back to the menu. First time I seriously got angry at a game lol.
I got his adept the next game though :)

Just a heads up, all achievements regarding him seem to be bugged, making them unobtainable. I already reported this.

Some of his achievements on PSN are 0.01% so a small amount must have them. The one currently at 0.00% is the Oblivious one.

Just got the Adept. Only killed 3 with Hatch Escape on Yamaoka Estate. Now I can actually use other Perks, although I'm liking Scourge and Plaything. I almost had it earlier on Gideon's, but had the Host Disconnect error. That map is FUN to play on though with Pinhead. Enjoyed it immensely, although I like that map from either side.

I can confirm Adept is perfectly fine on PS4.
The Chatterer's Tooth add-on (aura of box, shows survivor locations when picking up box) was VERY handy.
I would just like to give a HUGE RASPBERRY to the toxic, tea-bagging, gamergirl skin Feng. 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 How that sacrifice felt so good I could almost taste it.

Got the adept first try on red ranks without even trying.. somehow the survs stopped repairing gens after the second was done?
the oblivious achievement seems to be bugged for me on steam though.

Was hooking the last survivor and the game crashed. Reasonably sure that was adept if it didn't.

I feel sorry for those who are getting the disconnection error whilst closing in on the Adept.
I was lucky to have a problem free match and got the Adept.
It's a risk to attempt it with such a glitch active. Might be an idea to put it off until the bug is fixed.

I tried the adept twice, until both times the game was closed due to the error. As I know my luck, I am going to wait for it to be fixed to get the adept. Although I highly doubt they will fix it today
