Hex: plaything only work on 1 survivor at the time or all of them until the totem is cleansed?

The perk description isn't clear enough so I'd like to know if you can make the whole squad of survivors oblivious if you hook them all and they don't cleanse the hex or it's only 1 survivor at the time?

    Each totem is linked with a single survivor, once its cleansed that survivor cant be cursed anymore. You can have up to 4 lit totems / 4 cursed survivors at once per match.
