At starting the game, going to survivor, it shows me i dont have a challenge selected. I click on 'select challenge' and have to unselect my current selected challenge, to select it again and be able to continue completing it.
Happens on all challenges and everytime i restart the game.

I wanna add that it also happens after you go in to spectate a match after you died.

Another update: it now happens when leaving the end game lobby even if its still there in the end game screen.
