Missing DLC Characters

in Bug Reporting

After installing the new hellraiser patch all of my dlc characters I can not play as or use, and when in shop, it wants me to buy them again, I am currently on ps5, but also checked on ps4 to see if the problem was there and it was, idk if this is only happening to me or all players or just some, but I cant play as them which is weird cause i can see all my cosmetics i had on them but cant play as them. I have restarted the game as well and they are still not back.

    It is happening to me also on ps5. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it and that didn't work. Came here for help

    Same here.

    Only difference is, I have a shared library. All the dlcs that were shared before i cannot play with or have access to them.

    It happened to me on PC, is there a known fix for if this happens on PC yet?

    Same here I'm missing the shape and the pig chapters and I have footage and achievements to prove that I owned them
