The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Will people actually ever understand why there are various killers?
Namely because they are NOT meant to be played the exact same way, left alone be faced the exact same way over and over?
I know the answer is probably 'no', but jfc people, stop demanding that all characters play the exact same.

True, i don't think i'd like the game anymore if all Killers used Bear Traps.

What are you talking about?
i got Huntress and Oni adepts while completely ignoring their power and just using them as M1 killers 😏 (I hate those two the most on controller…)

Of course, one should only play the 'best' killer according to the internet. Otherwise, how can I brag that I'm rank 1 constantly?

People are once again going on about how the new killer MUST be changed to be either unbestable OR be easily looped and juked.

how is that possible!!!?
omg really.. i just played 4-5 games .. all seems fine ...

But how is it about the difference between killers? People are complaining about the power level.

What?

no, people are complaining about the mechanics. E.g. some say Pinhead's chains MUST work the same as deathslingers, just without being breakable by the environment, and he needs to be faster.

I've heard he's weak but fun

I guess I missed these complaints

I've always thought that killers were meant to be representing different levels of difficulty and skill. For example, The Spirit is easy mode, and The Trapper to be hard mode. That's how it's always felt like being, so when you beat for Red - sorry, Iridescent - survivors with Trapper, you feel a true sense of achievement.
Also, the fact you have such a variety of power and add-ons allows to attempt different playstyles. Again, using Trapper as an example, if I was to run around with him all over the map, then I would most likely do badly. Instead, I focus on 5 gens which are close together and turn the game into a territorial battle. I'm more likely to do well with that playstyle.
With the right practice, any killer can be viable. Same goes with add-ons and perks: The Meta combinations are only as effective as the moment or purpose and skill combined. Games can be won with any perks. Deja Vu, for example, is one perk that has absolutely won me many matches. Unrelenting, whilst not great, is still fun to use when survivors don't expect it.
It's just a shame many feel they have to play the same stuff time and time again, when they actually don't. If my Trapper can win games with Distressing and no other terror-radius perks, and I'm a casual player, it must be possible for others to do well too?

The problem is, people use this argument to justify Spirit and Nurse, as well as PH, Slinger, Trickster, and every other problem killer.
Seriously, while it's true that not every killer should be played against the same way, all killers should have intuitive, interactive and reasonably effective counterplay. Which actually isn't as big an ask as it sounds.

If you're asking what jfc means, it means Jesus ######### Christ.
If not, ignore me.
