Killer Rating Based off of SBMM or Emblems

Basically what the title says, has BHVR said if your rating at the end of the game such as merciless killer is going to be based on your SMBB or Emblems...

Cause if its based off of the emblem system, I am just going to wait to finish my killer achievements..,
