Adept cenobite
Tried it got merciless no achievement. Didn't try with no add ons. Not sure if that makes a difference or if it's a bug anyone know?
Cause I'm not sure if it should be a bug to be reported or if you just have to bring no add ons and no offerings

You must use all three of his unique perks. Just his 3, not a 4th.
Add ons and offerings are allowed.

Adept for any killer, you may use any addons and offerings, but only the 3 teachable perks.
So I'm guessing you either got 1 perk wrong or are not getting merciless.
Also there was a bug back with twins that even if you got merciless the game was like nope.
I already have adept cenobite but was lucky that the game didn't crash.

Nope all three and only three and I got merciless. Still no unlock.

Sometimes the game lies and says it's merciless when it's really a 1-pip or ruthless when it's really a black pip.

I'm waiting until the 13th even try again, three 4k games at Iri 2 with three Iri emblems and one gold, tired of the "high rank" adept system for merciless needing all 4 iri emblems and when I'm a "rank 20" again I'll finally be able to get this ######### done.

I'm assuming you are rank 1 because who isn't these days.
You need 9 hooks, half deviousness bar, chases to last and not to get rushed fast.
Game lies honestly so maybe you got ruthless but the game said merciless

Nope Had not played in a while nice a low ranked made it even easier to get

There are only 3 options then.
You messed up and used an extra perk or another perk that isn't pinhead's.
Game lied and said you got merciless but in reality you got ruthless.
You crashed and the game didn't registered that you got it.

It's worked for a lot of people.
I'd suggest doing the usual to try and fix it.
Close out the game, restart your system.
Verify File Integrity. Do a defrag, use CCleaner or similar.
If you're on a console, not sure what to do there. Been a long time since I did any real gaming on one.
After that, contact Support.

I got Merciless Killer on my 3rd match and already unlocked the achievement Adept Pinhead. I didn t had any issues with it.

The point about being new isn't that you are bad, it's that there are so many bugs in this game and there always seem to have more bugs pop up with everything they release it seems, so you not even considering the possibility it's bugged would indicate you haven't experienced all there other buggy updates.
So I'm not saying your not good

I understood that, you basically said that I'm new because I was defending this bug mess of a game.
I was kinda upset when I replied to you, I apologize for that, not at you but upset because real life.
But like I said early on in this thread, twins had a similar bug, I remember it clearly because I had to play twins for about 2 days straight and I despise them up to this day.
Good to know I was lucky enough to get the adept without any issues.

It's a known bug. it doesn't register always.
I suggest waiting to try it untill it gets fixed
