Another chapter release without key changes
Seriously, just make it take 5 seconds to open the hatch with a key. It's simple and would be the nerf they promised when they made Mori's useless many months ago.

They have already said keys are being changed later in the year on the 5th anniversary stream

and it may be not in calendar year but to the next anniversary, thats when the year of the game will end

The changes mentioned during the Anniversary stream are worse than what we have. Bully the killer get a free key.

It's not a calendar year, we were referring to the 5th year of the game. And we mentioned the keys with the mori changes.

It´s baffling that it´s been close to a year since they first announced key changes. Don´t hold your breath guys.

Oh goodie so we can expect it to take upwards of at least 6 to maybe even 12 months thanks for the clarification, to an issue thats been a massive sticking point for years now.

Keys items and Mori offerings would be removed from the game. Any in your inventory disabled like the lighting offerings.
Ingame, if the survivor occupies enough of the killers time or gets X number of pallet stuns (details not clear) they will be granted a key.
Survivors holding a key can be mori'd. The killer is notified when survivors are granted a key. Only the survivor granted the key can use it.

So why Nerf Mori's but not keys, Roll back Mori's until keys are done.
