Punch Drunk Achievement not working

in Bug Reporting

I have tried every perk and add-on in the game to count towards this achievement and still have 0/30.

    Yeah I have definitely done a lot more than 30 by now using Nemesis/pwyf on scratched mirror, and using Hex Plaything. Still has not unlocked.
