The VPN Users Are STILL a Problem
The United States west coast servers are STILL bombarded by numerous Killers connecting with VPNs taking massive swings from halfway across the loop and getting hits. The new hit validation system does very little to actually rectify this problem as VPNs mask the player's ping. This has been a problem for multiple years and BHVR has done nothing to address it. The very least you could do is use a public list of known VPN IPs and start blacklisting them from servers to decrease their numbers.

Im getting laggers pretty often on eu servers, its usual for me to get hits 10 miles away from window or pallet

As stated in my opening post, VPNs mask a connections true ping and will not be picked up by that system. The IPs themselves need to be marked and many games already disallow the use of VPNs in part due to this widespread problem.
