The mmr is weird since the rank reset

Before it i had roughly 50% escapes in 40 games, but in the 10 matches after rank reset, it was only 32,5%. And four escapes were against a afk trapper, other 4 against twins, who could have easily gotten 2 kills, if they didnt tried to slug for a 4k.

Im still getting mostly competent teammates, but there is always one weak link. They speedrun their death and make it a 3vs1 as soon as possible. One of them even dced on first down mid-pick-up-animation, when a teammate had the perfect position for a flashlight save. They farm me while chased from the hook without BT, when im tormented and on death hook. If a killer camps they do dull totems instead of gens or ruin. And the list goes on.

I suspect that the MMR takes the average, bc we get almost every time to one gen in the 3vs1 and the rest of the team seems competent, but as soon as the killer plays serious a early 3vs1 is almost unwinnable.

Did anyone else have a similar experience?

So on killer side I had a similar experience last night where I had 5 games in a row of sweaty sweaty survivors (by sweaty I mean, before I can end my first chase I got 3 gens popping off with, coordinated SWFs with rocking DS and meta perks, keys, all going for the 4E, etc.). It didn't matter what killer I played, whether my strongest or my weakest that I never play, I kept going against survivors that just completely rolled me.

Now this past Saturday it didn't feel like this at all. Not saying I won all my matches Saturday, but every game felt somewhat winnable at least and I didn't get completely stomped like this. I don't know what happened between then and now, and I was wondering if something actually was wrong or if it was just me. But either way last night was not fun AT ALL.

I've also recently noticed the increased willingness to dc. Every other game a survivor either DCs on the first pick up or kills himself on purpose.

My guess is that people just want easy games and thus DC when they notice the match won't be that easy to decrease their MMR.

It was weird. I had a merciless killer in 5 matches and that is not my typical average. I played 4 different killers.

I’m more of a brutal killer or entity displeased usually. The survivors were just not that awesome or disorganized as a team.

I kinda feel like my own skills are dulling against these not sweaty survivors.

My killer stats (2.71/4) are basically the same and my survivor escape rate is up SLIGHTLY (2%).

I played 27 matches yesterday (Each survivor one match). Of those I escaped 16 matches legitimately and given the hatch twice. I don't include the killer GIVING the hatch as an escape in my stats. Prior to grades I was a rank 1 killer and survivor for 4+ years. Do I think I have a high MMR.. prolly on the low end of high for both.

I had this on one day, not sure it if was Saturday or not but it's a possibility, where all my killer matches were perfectly balanced. I could get between 1k-4k each match, they were tough but manageable. This is what kept me playing.

Ever since that day ended though I'm lucky to get 1k in my matches as most teams I face are extremely strong, even when playing multiple matches with a new killer I had not tried yet.

Yeah I don't know if part of what broke with the game last night with the reset was the MMR ranking, but holy crap. Last night was just a damn nightmare.
