I've never wanted to submit evidence with a report against another player until last night. Is there a place where you can/should submit a video from a match along with a report against a player? If anyone could let me know that'd be great.
The video is of someone using obvious cheats.

choose Submit additional player report information.
NB: It only works if you submitted an in-game report previously (which I assume you did)
