Another set of patch notes and still nothing about this
Ever since the new animations came (4.5.0), the ability for survivors to run around with their head up has been gone.
When the RE chapter dropped, a new idle crouching animation came and.... the ability for survivors to nod their head while crouching was removed.
I get none of this affects actual gameplay or balance, but the playful side to this game is something that really keeps me playing, and I would just love to have these features back.
Edit: Would any mods be able to tell me if this is actually a known issue?

I don't believe that this is classed as a bug, and I do not have further information on if this will be reimplemented - I suspect not.

Thanks for the reply. Is there any chance you would be able to pass this suggestion on to the devs directly?

I agree, I was so sad to see it was gone. Seeing a Dwight running across the map while looking up was the funniest thing ever and now that it's gone, it certainly does remove some fun factor from the game :/
