There are no dead ends because the doors open after you do gens. Even before you do gens, there's only one pallet that could lead to you getting trapped, and that's only if there is a gen next to it.
Unless you're talking about a new bug, there shouldn't be any real dead ends in Gideon's.

Had a Trapper match the other day where a survivor dropped a pallet into one of these dead ends. I placed a trap at the pallet and left.
They were there for a few minutes before just vaulting into the trap. 😆
