Is there a bug that allow nurse to hit before the blink has finished?
Cause i have been accused of doing that.
I really didn't but i'm curious... does this bug exist?

Not that I know of. But it might be possible that it might visually appear like that, mostly because of latency or other visual bugs. Nurse's blinks are kinda sensitive with that. Happened more often in the past with omega blink nurses and deticated servers as far as I know. But haven't seen it for quite some time.

Fast second blinks swings are almost impossible to react to, its a good way to bait out dead hards or get them exhausted on the ground. But no, there is no bug I am aware of that lets you hit before blink is finished.

Yes, there is. There’s also a bug that doesn’t do the animation for Nurse when charging a blink. It can still be heard though.
She had the opposite problem a few months ago, so I’m guessing they keep adjusting it.

Not sure if I'm talking about the exact thing you describe. But I believe there's a nurse bug that lets nurses M1 as they're about to be fatigued from their second blink.
Occasionally reminded that this bug exists every few months.

Quite sure i never menaged to do that

thats...not a bug, thats timing

I should've mentioned it happens when they are charging their second blink but just as they are about to be fatigued from holding it for too long, they can M1 and are then fatigued. And to clarify, they do not actually use their second blink.

Definitely noticed this--being hit on the very frame she reappears. Dunno if it's actually a bug, or just latency shenanigans though.

There is no bug that allows the Nurse to swing before landing. There is a bug that prevents the Nurse from swing thou.

Yes and it's called latency on their end

This is a client side issue and its been around for some time. The survivor client will show the Nurse charging or fatigue when she really isn't. One way to tell is if she instantly goes into fatigue after a blink. In reality, there's always a time window after blinking before Nurse goes into fatigue.

All Blinks are impossible to react to, that's kinda why she's used in comp DbD. Survivor shave to commit to a predictive action while she's charging one up, and she reacts to what she see's if the Nurse is any good.
And yes, Nurse often hits you while either charging or even partway through blinking, it's from latency. It may not look it on the Nurse's end but it happens a lot for survivors.

Thought I was the only one that noticed this

As far as I can remember the animation has always had trouble being synced up. Always just assumed it was latency or whatever.

"all blinks are impossible to react to"
Then you're playing drunk.

The Nurse or survivor?
😉

Uh-huh. Because it's perfectly within the capacity of the human body to react to something hurtling itself towards you at about 8m/s.

I stand corrected

Thanks for clarifying. I presumed that albeit rarely, some Nurses took advantage since the last time it happend a few months ago the Nurse was nodding her head in glee. Suppose she was just happy to catch me.

Funnily enough the Nurse's animation/visual bug I was talking about just happend to me:
In a couple of months I'll be reminded that it exists again... probably.

Ooh, this is a nice example! This happens to me a lot when I play against Nurses.
It makes it harder to decide what to do when you can't even tell if the Nurse's animations look out of sync.

Yes it’s a bug 2:10 on this video
I don’t go for it and I don’t recommend other nurses going for it because it’s kinda of an exploit but yeah the rare case that you run into a nurse that does these it can kinda be unfair. Although sometimes people find the bug on accident so it’s hard to tell who’s abusing and and who’s not. And I’m not saying reporting this person or anything.

I'm quite sure i have never used it, but as a survivor how can you see it? i mean, there is no way to tell if he is charging the second blink or not, or at least i cant o_O (maybe i have bad sound?)
Also if this is a well known bug why they dont fix it?
