How to reach Rank 1/ Iridescent 1 if you have a job?
Pre SBMM I can reach Rank 1 in like 4 Hours with my main boy Billy. I have like 2 hours to play DBD per day due to my Job. With them putting everyone to Rank 20 with SBMM ON, How does a guy with societal obligation get to Rank 1? I don't ever see me getting to Rank 1.
So much for the dream of getting 500K BPs per month.

Once you get into higher grades you need a 5 win streak to upgrade, and at higher MMR brackets that can be pretty tricky.
MMR working optimally should make it a coinfip if you win or gain a pip, so if you're 'mid-grade' then you're just not getting anywhere.

I have a job that i work more than the average hours. i can still get to iri 1 on survivor. im not as good at killer but i still get to iri at the same time.

If you're not already at iri 1 this statement loses a lot of it's power considering this is the first reset to bottom

If you're a competent killer it should be really easy to get to Rank 1 since it's easier to get two pips.
Survivor side is the real problem. It's very common to get safety pip or one pip with how match goes lol.

Just play the matches as you see fit.
The reward system is for people that play a lot. Which means, that those people already earn a lot of bloodpoints by just playing and don´t need the reward at the end of the month.

I study at med school 10~12 hours per day and I'm Bronze II already. It's not that hard, although I only sleep 5 hours per day lmao

Yeah but your matches stays on the same level of "skill" (or sweat) no matter the Grade thanks to MMR (well when it kinda works)
So you can still do matches where you barely pip or saftety pip at ash 3

85 Pips for killer only or 170 pips for both sides and you no longer lose rank
but honestly the 500k bp isn't exactly worth the time you might put into it especially on the survivor side since survivor earns much less bp than killer on average
so I would just try and settle for the killer sides 250k bp and play a few matches here and there and you should place decently and gain bp along the way anyway

Yeah it's annoying. Rank reset is also too much for me and maybe I play now 2 matches per day and 100% against pinhead only, so maybe 10 minutes per day and that's it.

I used to get to 11 or 12, then reset to 16, then get to 11 or 12 and so on. So yeah, 15 and 16 at best as it stands 😒

You need 85 pips to reach rank one on one role. Fastest way to get there is 42 perfect matches and one normal pip. For one role. Against close to equally skilled opponents. With the old flawed pip system that still punished any one shot killer.
With survivor it's even worse with how hard it is to double pip and how easilly you can lose pips
Not to mention DC's also screw you out of pips
If you have a job or/and play other stuff then dbd you are screwed.
