Offer screen background broken

PC / steam - Latest Live patch.

Play survivor, make a offer or any of your teammates.

At the offer screen is no background visible just before the game starts. This is in public matches.

  I think this is intentional. It’s a completely new backdrop, just like the title screen.

  That said, the fog/smoke could be missing here.
