Anyone else got huge queue times?
EU, currently 12:35 and I have been waiting searching for 20mins as killer.
What is the point in even playing if I have to wait this long? I clearly dont have high MMR iv hardly played the killer, and I certainly dont have low mmr because iv never lost as them...
Please say the devs are going to fix this?

Switch to survivor. At this time of the day, survivor queues are usually instant.

Well I cant play all day, this is the only time i can play so basically its player survivor only or stop playing the game...

There is a queue for survivors that goes instantly. Sometimes at evening or later there should be a short killer queue if you wanna play as killer.

40mins in the same damn queue.... fix your bloody game! This is beyond a joke! I could load up dead space 2 multiplayer and get a match faster ffs

You most likely have high MMR. Apparently, a lot of Killers are at high MMR so the Queues for those are long. My Killer Queues are also longer during the day (EU as well), but I dont reach 20 minutes, it is around 5 minutes I guess. And I am very sure that my MMR is not really high.

My mmr shouldn't be high, especially on this killer as iv hardly played them, it's been over 40mins now and I havent so much of even found a lobby yet.. is there some kind of bug ?

Well were longer killer queue times during the day not already the norm even before SBMMR?
While i am eu as well i don't know since I mostly played after 8pm (and not since SBMMR is on) and then killer queue were so fast that i couldn't even check to set a BP offering.

If you did not play a Killer often enough, this Killer will have an average MMR of all your Killers. Like, for me, I dont have super-long queues, around 5 minutes is normal during the day.
There was a Bug which shows that the game was searching for a Lobby, but it did not do anything. This was years ago and it got fixed, so if you are at 40 minutes, maybe cancelling and searching again might work out. Maybe this Bug is still present.

last night mine were about 5 min or less. big improvement from the 15 min the night before.

Since SBMM has been implemented, it has considerably increased my killer queue times.
But not as long as 20 mins, it's usually <7 mins.
This might just be the new normal honestly.

UPDATE: Turns out theres a lobby bug, it's happened a few times now. If anyone else gets suspicious long queues reboot the game. (I'd say anything more than 15mins but I cant honestly say)
Some extra info this was on xbox, might not affect all platforms but keep an eye out so you dont waste your free time

Ive played 90% Pinhead and got to the point where it takes 10 mins for a match and it gave me lots of time to watch TV

It was like 4-8 minutes during the day on NA west. Now it 10+ most the time 8 minutes is really lucky.
